From a bit of searching, I initially thought it was included in base/core Windows 9x and tried getting it that way, but had no luck. We didn't already have if we do, I don't know where. Depending on your Crystal Reports version and installation parameters, the folder path may be different for you. This is the folder location of crw32.exe, the main Crystal Reports binary/executable. What did work for us is to copy unicows.dll to 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Business Objects\Crystal Reports 11.5\' I also tried making a folder with a report file available offline. Nor did copying unicows.dll to C:\Windows\SysWOW64, C:\Windows\System, or to 'G:\My Drive\.'
